The big ol' Physioball (also called Swiss, stability or gym ball) is a powerful gym toy that helps you get strong and stable! You can also do fantastic stretches on it, and the ball is a great toy to keep at home or the office too. Here are a few 'Level 2' exercises we do regularly at VBodies!
For most people, here are the appropriate sizes for your height:
6'4'' and up = 75 - 85 cm
5'9'' - 6'4'' = 65 - 75 cm
5'8 and below = 55 - 65 cm
