Tulsa police body cam video of robbery, hate crime arrest
The Tulsa Police Department has released body cam footage of the robbery, hate crime arrest of 22-year-old Robert Norton.
According to police, Norton robbed a pop-up tent in north Tulsa after he threatened to beat him up after asking if he was gay.
Norton was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County Jail on Oct. 16.
He is charged with second-degree robbery, intimidating/hate crime and obstructing and interfering with a police officer.
